If Si and I were to marry each other again it would probably go something like this. Gather our favourite people for a very romantic ceremony, then drive ourselves to Hassop Hall where we would feed our nearest and dearest with fabulous food and amazing service in an idyllic setting. Then we’d have romantic shots of the two of us before being waved off by everyone as we headed off for a razz around Derbyshire in an open top sports car. We would then return to Hassop for the most romantic dinner for two ever. No dancing, no partying, just us on the most loved up evening of our lives.
Lucy and Chris did exactly this and I salute them… absolute wedding perfection. They are so completely in love and the way they look at each other totally kills me.

Well, I have been sitting here admiring these for over 50 minutes, I have written comment after comment but erased it as I just cannot put into words the feelings or the thanks we both have or want to say. I have been looking through your blog for over two years now and each wedding I have seen has given me goose bumps,so beautiful in their own ways. Counting down the days until ‘that’s our wedding’ on the blog, our wedding story told to all, picture after picture. I really can’t thank you both enough for how you have captured every single detail so perfectly, from the moment I walked down the aisle, to the laughter and love we felt during our romantic shots around Hassop hall. I still cant believe that’s us, that day has happened and they are our photos to share with our children, our grandchildren and most importantly each other. Every anniversary for the rest of our lives we will admire these pictures, they will be used to help us relive that special day forever, I always knew you would both do an outstanding job! You are such beautiful, friendly and talented people I just wish I could express my gratitude in writing…… but I can’t and I’ve given up trying as I want to go back and admire our wedding pictures all-over again.

What a terrifically talented pair you really are! I cannot think of a better way to look back over the best day of my life than this…It holds all of my memories of the day in pictures. For anyone reading this who is thinking about booking shoot photography – stop thinking about it and call/email them immediately! You will not regret it…whilst they may not be the cheapest, they will most certainly be the best value for money you will find. They are extremely hard working, creative and they make certain not to miss a shot! When we thought of our wedding back in May 2012 when I proposed to my beautiful wife Lucy, one of the first things we thought about was photography as we knew that aside from our rings and one another, the photographs would provide the memories, we had to get the best and we had to get it right. We did! There is nothing I would change about our day but if we were to get married again tomorrow then Shoot Photography would be the first thing on the list for booking.
What you have created is an excellent illustration of our day in perfect order but what is fascinating is how you have also captured each emotion of the day, from the serious/nervous side of me at the church, to my delight when Lucy entered the church looking absolutely stunning, through to our unforgettable trip to Hassop Hall through to the laughs and love of our family.
I knew that if Lucy turned up at the church and married me then nothing could go wrong, that was all I needed. I am delighted to be married to Lucy and look forward to the rest of my life with her and my boy Brody. But the photographs are an exceptional bonus.

I have seen so many weddings on your blog and you are truley outstanding, but I must say I have never seen a couple so perfect. They could pass as models and what an elegant wedding. One of the best!

One thing I forgot to mention is how great Simon is for helping the groom to stay calm. Throughout the day he politely advised me as though he was a close friend. I have never felt comfortable in front of a camera but Simon helped me to feel as though I wasn’t even having a picture taken.

One of the happiest days of mylife and now the photos to go with it. You have captured each moment and so much more. My beautiful daughter, grandchild and my new son. I have spent the day crying at these photos (happy tears) and telling everyone I can to look at them I can’t believe how amazing they all are and they portray our happy family so perfectly!
