We have had a bit of a bad run so far this wedding season with the rain and it is certainly a question we get asked every time we meet with people. ‘What on earth will we do about photo’s if it rains?” Well lets be honest, no one wants rain on their big day. It’s a bugger but the best bit of advice I could possibly give would be to embrace it and don’t let it ruin your day. Be prepared, have some wellies and brollies on standby and enjoy it. Actually larking about in the rain is fantastic fun and makes for some amazing shots if you can be brave enough.
Which brings me on to Becky and Matt, actually there are no words to describe how amazing they were. My face literally ached from smiling when we got home. They positively relished the pouring rain and driving winds and had the time of their lives.
Their beautiful little wedding with just 36 guests on a rainy, cold Tuesday afternoon just goes to show that marrying the love of your life is what it’s all about.
