Having missed two fabulous weddings recently there was no way on this earth that I was about to miss this one. N.O W.A.Y . For one thing this was the wedding of Abi and Mark and Abi is the sister of one our favourite brides from last year, the gorgeous Hannah. Her wedding was amazing and what made it so was her wonderful family who we fell in love with and who we would be getting to see again at this wedding. All those gorgeous sisters and their adorable children! Secondly it was a Christmas wedding right slap bang in the centre ofLondonwhich meant a fabulous back drop and Christmas shopping for me and Si – perfection.
So, off we toddled, me full of ibuprofen and a massive dose of hope that my knee would stick the pace of a full wedding.
Suffice to say I wasn’t disappointed; this wedding was completely amazing. Crammed full of gorgeousness including Castigliano Gown and Jimmy Choo’s, a show stopping venue One Great George Street, brilliant bridesmaids, fantastic guests, jaw dropping flowers, oh and snow. Didn’t I mention the snow, this was the day thatLondon came to a standstill with 6 inches of the stuff – hey ho, all in a days work!
The ceremony was so beautiful, Abi looked like she would burst she was so happy. They decided to go straight off outside to have some shots with Big Ben as a backdrop and it was just so funny watching all the tourists watching them in the snow! We then arrived back at the venue to cheers from all of their families and friends and the party began ……..
