So, Jon waited nervously, the boys Rhys and Connor looking cute as buttons anxiously waited for mummy to bring the wedding rings so they could carry them up the aisle to daddy. Then Julie arrived – beaming doesn’t even bring to describe it! The happiness emanating from these two was palpable and we just feel so privileged to have been the ones to document such a fabulous occasion.

I have a new passion life …… Simon and I were never lucky enough to have babies of our own and for a long time I have steered clear of photographing them. It always made me feel a little bit too sad and I just found it easier not to put myself in that position. Well times they are a changing and I have recently photographed a few newborns and you know what – I L.O.V.E. it! I get my baby fix, I hand them back and then get so much pleasure from working on the images and producing really precious memories for lovely people. I’ve turned a corner so bring me the babies!!!!!

Saturday took us to Manchester for the gorgeous wedding of Julie and Jon. I was positively drooling when we arrived and I saw what was in store. The weather was unbelievably hot but Julie was as cool as cucumber and looked totally stunning all day long. Her bespoke wedding dress was dreamed up by Julia and brought to life by the fabulous Victoria Rangayah of www.zmode.co.uk.
